The Law of Seed, Time, and Harvest; Sowing and Reaping
Ye'hvah God's method of provision, of all things on earth, both good and bad; You choose!

  • Ye'hvah God created a system of sowing and reaping, "Seed, Time and Harvest", to bring all things to pass in this universe, both tangible and intangible. He created all provision to come by this means, both good and bad, to both the Godly and ungodly.
       Gen. 8:22; "So long as the earth exists, seed, time and harvest... will not cease";
Eccl. 1:4; "...but the earth abides forever."
Mt. 5:45; "... for He (God) makes His sun rise on the bad and the good, and sends rain on both the just and the unjust.

Every thought / word is a seed, and every thought / word, said and done, is the rain that nourishes that seed, and will eventually reap a harvest, if persisted in, whether it be good or bad.
Gal. 6:7; "... for whatever a person sows, that they will reap.";  v9; "let us not be weary in well doing, for in due season (time) you will reap, if you faint not."

In the book of Deuteronomy, Ye'hvah tells us that, every good thing (blessings), and every bad thing (cursings,) that happens to us, is the harvest we reap, by us, or someone close to us, walking in or out of His Word. Good things and bad things are the consequences / fruit / harvest from obedience to His Word, or disobedience to His Word. Pride and self-determination keep most from receiving this Word from Ye'hvah. Humility / meekness is required. One must humble themselves to accept this truth.

Deut. 11:26-28; "Behold, I set before you today, a blessing and a curse. "The blessing", if you obey the commandments (instructions) of Ye'hvah your God which I command (instruct) you today; and "the curse", if you do not obey the commandments (instructions) of Yehvah your God, but turn aside from the way which I command (instruct) you today, to go after other gods (anything put before God) which you have not known (do not understand). Selah (pause and consider / meditate on).

We now know, that all of Ye'hvah's commandments are given us out of love; in order to prosper us in every area of our lives. These are instructions on how to live victorious over the adversary that is roaming about, looking for an opportunity provided by disobedience, whether deliberate or by ignorance; to steal, kill and destroy our lives and souls. We now know, how victory is accomplished; by us speaking and acting according, and in agreement to Yehvah's instructions. And, our speaking and actions are the resulting manifestation of what we think.
  •    Mt. 12:34;"for out of the abundance of the heart/ mind/ soul the mouth speaks." Mt. 15:18; "But those things that proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart/ mind/ soul; and they defile a human (person)." Lk. 6:43-45; "For a good tree (person) does not bring forth bad fruit (words and deeds); neither does a corrupt tree (person) bring forth good fruit (words and deeds). For every tree (person) is known (evidence of who and what they really are) by their own fruit (words and deeds)...A good human (person) out of the good treasure of their heart/ mind/ soul brings forth that (words and deeds)which is good; and an evil human (person), out of the evil treasure of their heart/ mind/ soul bring forth that (words and deeds)which is evil; for out of the mouth the heart/ mind/ soul speaks."
  • Therefore, our thinking must be aligned with God's Word to produce good, which God always intended we do, from the beginning.
  •    Eph. 2:10; "For we are His creation, created in Christ Jesus for good works (fruit), which God has before (from the beginning) ordained that we should walk in them."
  • The way this is accomplished is by reading, then learning to study, Ye'hvah's Word daily.
Josh. 1:6-8; "Be strong and of good cheer... Only be strong and very courageous, so that, you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses, My servant, commanded (instructed) you; do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, so that, you may prosper wherever you go. This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth (will always be spoken by you), but you shall meditate on it in the day and the night, so that, you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then, you will make your way prosperous, and then, you will have good success."

Anything short of "all", will bring both blessings, and cursings. Ye'hvah is a God of "law and order" and His Word is a tool that must be skillfully used to acheive the desired results. Therefore, one must become very, very learned and mature in the knowledge and application of Yehvah's every Word, by reading daily and learning to study according to "The Seven Principles of Proper Interpretation".

Hb. 5:12; "For by now you ought to be teachers, yet you are in need of being taught the first principles of the doctrine of God all over again; and are such that need milk, not yet ready for meat (solid food). Because everyone that uses milk is unskillful in the use of the Word of righteousness (right doing); for he is still a baby (immature). But strong meat belongs to them that are of full age (mature in the Word), those that by reason of use, have their senses exercised to be able to discern/ judge what is good and evil (right and wrong)".
  • Satan, the adversary, knows this. He will come with negative, adverse thoughts and words, from many sources, to corrupt your thinking to defeat you. Adverse, negative words will most often come from those who love you most, meaning well, but are not knowledgeable or steadfast in their faith or understanding of God's Word, or not of faith at all; including, family and friends, even pastors. It will come from others as well; enemies, the media, etc. That is why God was so adamant in telling Joshua that great courage was required; and to rely upon Him for truthful revelation and direction.
  •    Gal. 1:11,12; "...the gospel which I preached (what he believes) did not come from humans. Because I did not receive it, nor was taught it by humans, but I was taught it by revelation of Jesus Christ."

Jms. 1:5; "If any of you lack wisdom, let them ask God... and it will be given them. But let them ask in faith, not wavering... for let not that person think that he will receive anything from Yehvah."

    In the same manner, "Seed, Time and Harvest", Yehvah provides financially as well;

Lk. 6:38; "Give (sow), and it will be given you... an abundance, people will give to you.
Gen. 26:12, 13; "Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year a hundred times more; and Yehvah blessed him, and he became rich, and continued to grow richer until he became very wealthy."

And for it's leaders and teachers.
Gal. 6:6; "Let the one that is taught in God's Word, communicate (Grk: koinoneo; to share with, to give, provide for, distribute to) unto the one that teaches them all good (Grk. agathos; beneficial) things."
Numbers 18:1-19, 21; Ye'hvah speaking to Aaron regarding the priesthood; v9: "This shall be yours...every offering of theirs (the children of Israel (of which we are, as Christians), which they give to Me, shall be most holy (set apart) for you and your children. v19: "All the offerings... which the children of Israel offer to Ye'hvah, have I given you and your children, by a statute (law, principle) forever: it is a covenant of salt forever..."
  •    2 Chron. 31:4,5; Moreover, He (Ye') instructed the people in Jerusalem (city of prosperity) to give the portion to the priests and Levites so that they (the people) may be strengthened by the Law of Yehvah (by their teaching). And, as soon as they came abroad, the children of Israel (= Christians) brought the  first fruits of... all their increase... a tenth of all things in abundance."
1Tm. 5:17; "Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honor (wages), especially those that labor in the Word and doctrine. For the scripture says, "thou shall not muzzle the ox (hinder the work)...The laborer is worthy of their wages."
Hb. 7:5; "... those who receive the priesthood, have a commandment to receive tithes from the people, according to the law, that is, from the brethren (fellow Christians)."
Lk. 10:7; "And stay in that house, eating and drinking what they give you; for the laborers are worthy of their wages."

All provision comes from Yehvah, with this condition.

Deut. 8:17, 18; "You say in your heart, "My power and the might of my own hand has gotten me this wealth." But you shall remember Ye'hvah God: for it is He that gives the power to get wealth, so that He may fulfill His covenant..."

Deut. 11:26-28; "Behold, I set before you today, a blessing and a curse. "The blessing", if you obey the commandments (instructions) of Ye'hvah your God which I command (instruct) you today..."
Prov. 10:22; "The Blessing" of Ye'hvah, it makes you rich, and adds no sorrow with it."
Deut. 14:22; "... for you are a holy people unto Yehvah your God. You will truly tithe (10%) of all your increase of thy seed, so that your field (business / employment) will bring forth consistently year after year."

What a great Revelation. The loving intent of God to teach us how to acheive "The Blessing" of Yehvah, that makes us rich. Did you get that last part? "... so that your field will bring forth consistently year after year." Now that's a great system, from a great God. Not having to worry about your future finances, able to expect increase, year after year. Not having your faith in man's economic system of ups and downs. I know that this is a hugh challenge of faith, particularly in difficult financial times, and with soooo many pastors teaching adversely. But it must be done by faith, and the more you study it, the more faith you will have to perform it, because "faith cometh by hearing". I see that the more most earn, a lesser percentage they tithe and offer. One might say that they can't afford to pay tithe and offerings; but en-light of God's Word, can one afford not to? It is a law, like gravity, and will always work to achieve it's intended purpose, which in this case is to produce increase. One must step out in obedience by faith. No matter how much you earn on your own, it is not more than God can do for those who live (speak and do) by faith (Eph. 3:20).

Mal. 3:8; "Yehvah said, "Will a person rob me? Yet you have robbed me... In (withholding) tithe (10%) and offerings."; v10: "Bring the tithe... into the storehouse (anywhere God's work is being done) so that there will be meat (provision) in my house (family), and test me... see if I won't open up the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing that is more than you can receive." Not just provision, but continuous, steady provision.

Again, check out that covenant promise; test Him, Yehvah says. I don't know what you think, but I think that "...opening up the windows of heaven and pouring out a blessing that is more than you can receive." is not "just enough to get by". God needs us wealthy to do all He needs us to do. The Godly men of the Old Testament were among the wealthiest of the day. Why? So they could lavish it on themselves? Yes,
Eccl. 3:12,13; "I know that there is nothing better for them then to rejoice, and to do good in their lives, and also, that everyone should eat, and drink, and enjoy the good of all his labors; it is the gift of Yehvah."

... but not first and foremost. First, they sought ...
Mt. 6:33; "... the kingdom (what God wants and desires), and His righteousness (His way of doing), and all these other things (your wants and desires) will be given to you."
Job 36:11; "If they will obey and serve Him, they will live their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures."

Ps. 112: 1-3; "Praise Ye'hvah, blessed is they that reverence Yehvah, that delight greatly in His commandments. Their seed (children) shall be mighty... and wealth and riches will be in their house."

We are to be like God, who is love, by being  providers for our fellow Christians (not the world) in need, and that takes sufficiency.
  •    2 Corinthians 9:8; " ...that I always, having all sufficiency, in all things, so that I may be able to perform every good work".
  • There is no doubt that He wants, and needs us wealthy. It is a sign of maturity in God's Word. Christians in need are to mature to a place of abundance to help those less mature. He needs us healthy and wealthy in order to acheive His wants and desires; that we love Him and one another, by providing for one another; and to contribute financially to the teaching of the entire gospel to all the world; fulfilling His everlasting covenant, and "the law". It is our purpose; it is the fruit of genuine repentance; we are otherwise not useful.
Gen. 26:12, 13; "Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year a hundred times more; and Yehvah blessed him, and he became rich, and continued to grow richer until he became very wealthy."
Deut. 8:18; But you shall remember Yehvah God: for it is He that gives the power to get wealth, so that He may fulfill His covenant..."
Mt. 28:19,20; Speaking to the eleven apostles that had received thousands of hours of daily teaching from Jesus; "Go... and teach all nationalities... teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded (instructed) you.
Mt. 5:17; "Think not that I have come to destroy "the law", or the prophets; I have not come to destroy them, but to fulfill them."
Gal. 5:14; "For all "the law" is fulfilled in one word, even in this; You shall love your neighbor as yourself."
Mt. 22:37-40; And Jesus said to them,"You shall love Yehvah your God with all your heart, soul and mind... and the second... you shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these hang all "the law" and the prophets."
Lk. 3:8-11; "Therefore, bring forth fruit obvious of repentance... every tree that does not bring forth good fruit is hewn down and cast into the fire... What shall we do then? He answered, They that have two coats, let them give one to they that have none; and they that have meat (provision), let them do the same."
He didn't say give away your only coat, but to give out of your abundance. You have to have an abundance in order to give out of it. We are to be blessed, and then bless others.

    (See: Isaiah 58:6-12)

Love is not a feeling; but good works, deeds.
1Jn.4:8 "...for Yehvah is love."; John 1:1; "...the Word is Ye'hvah."; So, Love is the Word; therefore, obedience to Ye'hvah's Word produces Love; and disobedience produces the opposite, hate.
  •    1Cor. 13: 4-8; "Love is patient, kind, not jealous, doesn't brag, isn't arrogant, is not unbecomingly, isn't selfish, not easily provoked to anger, doesn't hold a grudge, doesn't rejoice in unrighteousness (doing opposite God's law), but rejoices in truth, bears all things, trusts all things, expects all things, endures all things, love never fails..."
Therefore, obedience to Yehvah's Word, never fails to produce Love; and, disobedience to Yehvah's Word, always fails to produce Love.
Gal. 5:22-26; "But the fruit of the spirit is, love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, goodness, trust, humbleness, self control; against such deeds there is no law" (See: Gal. 5:16-21)
John 14:15; "If you love me, keep my commandments."

God made it clear to me when He called me to this ministry, that we were to never ask for money, not for ourselves or for the ministry. When God called me to stop working, to enter this ministry full time, it required a step of faith that I wasn't certain I possessed, but my wife and I did it together. My wife became the sole bread winner, which can really strain a marriage. But we rolled our finances over on the Lord, continued to tithe faithfully and God provided miraculously. God took care of all our debts and we were able to keep our daughter in a Christian school, none of which we could afford; And, our marriage became stronger. Not only did we trust Him with our finances at that time, but I told God then, that I never wanted to take a penny from the ministry, that there had been too many (real or perceived) "cheats for Jesus", and that I never wanted anyone to question why I do what I do, and asked Him to provide us an everlasting income outside of ministry. God has faithfully fulfilled my request. My wife and I receive not a penny from our ministry, on the contrary, we tithe into it faithfully.

In obedience to Ye'hvah (Hb.7:5; "And, those indeed of the seed of Levi (God appointed priesthood) who receive (the call of) the priest's office, are commanded by the law to collect a tenth of the best increase from their fellow brethren..."; 1Cor. 9:7-14; Gal. 6:6), I am happy to provide you the opportunity to obey God, to bless and be blessed, by sowing seed into this ministry. When you partner with this ministry, you share in our anointing, and in all that we do. You receive heavenly credit to your account, blessings, both now and in the "bye and bye". But before you do, enter into prayer, asking God for His desire; whether it be a one time offering or continued support, and for how much. But whether it be here or elsewhere, become a faithful giver, it IS the will of Ye'hvah your God.

So, tithes and offerings are crucial to the fulfillment of the kingdom work, Love. We must all be faithful in obedience to the faith. My wife and I made this commitment of faith many years ago and God's Word has proved faithful in our lives. Yehvah has seen us to be faithful stewards of all He's given us; operating with excellence and integrity. The more faith you demonstrate by sowing and giving, the more God wants to get provisions into your hands.
2Cor. 9:6; "But this I say, they which sow sparingly, will reap sparingly; and they that sow bountifully, will reap bountifully." v7; "Let everyone give, according to their heart, not grudgingly or for necessity, but wilfully, because Yehvah loves a cheerful giver." v8; "And Yehvah is able to make all grace abound toward you, so that you will have all sufficiency, in all things, so that you may abound in every good work."

All partners are in our prayers daily, shalom.
